About the Game:

Sakura Melody is a casual simulation game developed and published by Winged Cloud. You play as Jin (name changeable), a young man who has just entered the idol industry. Jin has been fascinated by idols since childhood, and his dedication has paid off—the company has put him in charge of a newly formed idol group. The three girls in the group each have distinct personalities: Aiko is cheerful and outgoing, Ibuki is quiet and reserved, and Chiyoko is aloof and distant. Though they share the same dream of becoming idols, they have very different ideas on how to achieve it. They're a group in name only, but hardly a team in practice!

Jin has just one month to shape these girls, manage their daily activities, and help them gain fans and funding. They can take on jobs at the local talent agency, where their success is determined by match-3 puzzle gameplay, thereby increasing their fame. A major competition awaits them in a month's time, and only the most talented idol group will claim the crown. Help them achieve their dreams, and if Jin can win their hearts along the way, romance is not out of the question.

Character Introduction:

Aiko
A genki girl with an ever-present smile. She's helpful and often mediates conflicts between Ibuki and Chiyoko. Born in a small fishing village, she helped her parents run an inn from a young age. She's a capable homemaker whose miso soup is second to none. Despite her natural optimism, she feels a bit self-conscious about her countryside roots and is overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, needing a shoulder to lean on from time to time.

Ibuki
Quiet but often startlingly blunt, she has a knack for making those around her uncomfortable. She particularly enjoys teasing Chiyoko—they argue whenever they meet—while Aiko scrambles to mediate. Jin is Ibuki's second favorite target for teasing; she goes to great lengths to flirt with him, though only she knows how much of it is genuine.

Chiyoko
A cold, high-class young lady who sees herself as superior. Her father is the president of a major electronics company, and she grew up wealthy. However, she detests relying on family connections and is determined to succeed as an idol on her own merit. Chiyoko also believes she was a cat in a past life and often ends her sentences with "meow" for mysterious reasons.
