Real Estate Tycoon is an urban-themed simulation management game. We aim to recreate the journey of a real-world real estate company CEO building their empire, placing players in the role of a "capitalist." We hope to allow friends who cannot afford a house in reality to become the ultimate property moguls within the game.

The game simulates real-world elements such as varying land prices and housing costs in different districts. Players can develop and sell various types of properties, including school district homes, subway-accessible apartments, and suburban houses. Utilize real-world tactics like holding properties off the market and managing demolitions to create more possibilities for your company's growth.

Renovation Simulator

Featuring an interior decoration system inspired by real-world floor plan and interior design, players can design buildings with layouts that appeal to different social classes within the game world. Create and sell homes with various attributes, such as well-proportioned layouts, south-facing orientations, elevator buildings, upgraded residences, and unfinished units, to the city's virtual citizens.

Landscaping Simulator

Every building in the city can be adorned with neon lights and surrounded by greenery, bringing vitality to the urban landscape. On the large map, players can plant their desired vegetation, install dazzling neon lights on skyscrapers, and infuse the entire city with a cyberpunk aesthetic.

Tech Tree and Blueprint Design

Players can upgrade their company's capabilities using in-game connections and currency. By choosing the optimal path on the tech tree, you can select the most effective marketing strategies to win the business war with maximum efficiency.

Random Events and Policy Management

The game simulates real-world national financial policies, industry regulations, disasters, and market fluctuations. Players must seize every favorable opportunity and withstand each adverse crisis. Like real-world business magnates, you must navigate the turbulent waves to build your lifelong commercial empire.
