Call of Duty: WWII
Game Introduction
Call of Duty: WWII is a first-person shooter developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision, officially released on November 3, 2017. As the 14th mainline installment in the classic shooter series, this title returns players to the European theater of World War II. Featuring realistic graphics and immersive sound design, the game recreates iconic WWII battles such as the Normandy Landings, the Falaise Pocket, and the Battle of the Bulge. Players assume the role of Private First Class Ronald "Red" Daniels of the U.S. 1st Infantry Division, experiencing the growth and transformation of an ordinary soldier amidst the brutal realities of war.
Game Features
Return to WWII Setting This installment marks the series' first return to the WWII setting since 2008's Call of Duty: World at War. The development team conducted extensive research into historical archives and visited actual battlefield sites, striving to deliver the most authentic and impactful WWII experience possible.
