Persona 5 Royal is a classic Japanese role-playing game developed by ATLUS and published by SEGA. It is an enhanced version of Persona 5. Set in modern-day Tokyo, the game tells the story of a group of high school students who form the "Phantom Thieves," infiltrating "Palaces" deep within the human psyche to steal distorted desires and change society. Players assume the role of the protagonist, Joker, living a normal high school life by day and transforming into the leader of the Phantom Thieves by night, leading his companions on thrilling adventures.

New Characters and Story: The Royal edition introduces a new playable character, Kasumi Yoshizawa, and adds a pivotal third semester to the story, bringing new twists and endings. Gameplay

Dual-Life System: Players must manage high school life during the day by attending classes, taking exams, working part-time jobs, and other activities to boost various stats, while also building bonds with various NPCs. At night, they delve into "Palaces," exploring and battling in fantastical alternate worlds.

Turn-Based Combat: The game employs a classic turn-based combat system where players must exploit enemy weaknesses to gain extra actions. By accumulating "1 More" opportunities, they can unleash powerful All-Out Attacks to deal devastating blows. Effectively utilizing Persona skill combinations and attribute affinities is key to victory.

Confidant System: The game features an extensive Confidant system. By building friendships with different NPCs, players can unlock unique support skills. Higher Confidant ranks grant more powerful combat support and special abilities, with some Confidants providing crucial assistance in the story.

Palace Exploration: Infiltrating uniquely designed Palaces is a core gameplay element. Each Palace features distinct layouts and puzzle mechanics. Players must use wit and skill to evade enemies, solve puzzles, and ultimately locate and defeat the Palace's ruler to achieve a "Change of Heart."
