Game Overview

In this game, "you" will play as a police officer transferred to the city of Nebus. The crime rate here has remained high for years, with ancient gang families and cults entrenched in the area. You will confront hospitable yet ruthless villains, intimidate or persuade secretive lowlifes to reveal the truth. Ultimately, you will draw closer to the city's most central and darkest secrets.

Character Design

You will personally design your character, adjusting their base attributes and skill allocations. A strong physique can help you persuade thugs, while exceptional marksmanship allows you to end conflicts before they even begin.

About Choices

During your investigation, you will face numerous decisions: whether to persuade with a friendly tone and clear logic, or intimidate by flashing your badge with a menacing demeanor; or when facing danger, to charge forward without hesitation or follow your instincts and turn away.

About Dice

Every choice you make will be left to the judgment of fate (dice rolls). All you can do is prepare (stack the deck) before that judgment arrives.

About Investigation

As you seek the truth, you will gather numerous clues and information. These may relate to the case or the local customs and culture. They will help you understand your current work and the city of Nebus you now face, bringing you closer to the truth and its unspeakable dark secrets.
